A real shout out to all the workers that working tirelessly and putting it in on the line for us all. A thank you to all that have put their efforts on flattening the curve.
To counter the fear of the unknown we have taken the lead in providing great communication to our constituents. Every Tuesday and Thursday we are sending out pertinent information that will help all make good decisions.
Our communications have been focused on how our trade partners can navigate these choppy waters. Accessing Stimulus money so that they can keep their employees (we got our PPP money this past week!!), educating them on the status of when we can restart building and providing guidance on how we will work going forward have been major themes in our communications.
Internally we have been busy working with our backlog. Our clients are staying with us (much appreciated) and are eager for us to build their homes. We are eager to get building.
We will need to work differently. We will be creating a work environment that will focus on following a safety plan per safety guidelines that will keep people healthy. We are diligently developing a safety plan and securing personal protection products that will keep people safe.
We will be utilizing technology to limit face to face meetings for our clients. In the last 30 days we have been utilizing Microsoft Teams to conduct virtual meetings with our team. We will implement that with our client meetings shortly.
The last 30 days have been a real test.
We are glad that we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Let’s all do what we can to stay safe.
